OK some of you have probably noticed that I haven't been blogging much in the last 2 weeks. That's because I was working, and when I was not working, I was spending much of my time outside.
So, what's new? I'm really excited to tell you that I managed to lose 3 lbs in 2 weeks! Yes! I don't know what it is, but I think that these Zotrim diet pills really do work! I noticed that I'm much more active during the day, meaning that I want to go outside and just spend time outside, walk or run, whatever...
To tell you the truth, these days I'm not so hungry after all… Which is a GOOD thing :) I just hope that my weight loss will continue as I try to exercise more and eat even healthier than now.
If you're wondering where I bought Zotrim pills, their website is over here.
That's it, I'm off to go for a walk now, catch you all later.

Zotrim diet pills arrived!
I'm super excited today… Just after I got back from work, I found in my mail a discretely packaged box. On the first I thought "What is this?", then I remembered – it must be that Zotrim stuff that I ordered (weight loss supplement that my friend Linda recommended me). I was right – it was Zotrim diet pills.
Btw I'm getting quite good at this Blogger thingy :)... And it's kind of interesting... Here's a photo of of what I got in the mail today:
The packaging of Zotrim pills is very neat, the shipping was fast… It really looks great! On the first look I'm really satisfied with what I got in the mail.
Now, I already wrote here that in the past I have tried 3 different kinds of diet pills and none of them worked completely as they claimed they would.
So, yes, you can say that I am kind of skeptical about these Zotrim pills as well, but anyways I am going to give it a go... Since my good friend Linda recommended me these pills.
There's also another reason: these Zotrim diet pills seem like a very big deal in the UK and a lot of people had success with it. They have been medically researched and approved, which I always like to hear. Supposedly they don't have any side effects. We'll see about that.
Starting tomorrow I am taking 2 pills before each meal… Well actually, to be clear – for me it will be 2 pills, three times a day (I will follow instructions).
I know that this time I will lose weight… I'm really motivated this time… I have my readers on this blog and I have a much needed help from Zotrim.
Tomorrow when I take my new pills, I will know that the beginning of new and better life is in front of me. There is hope for me; I can feel it this time.

Mischa Barton, what happened to you?
Seriously, what happened to her? As you might know it, Mischa Barton has recently been put under psychiatric supervision… similar to what happened to Britney Spears in the past.
Now I'm wondering… where did it go wrong for Mischa Barton? When she started playing in The OC, she very soon became one of the Hollywood's most beautiful girls:
However, recent photos of Mischa are showing me that her weight was going up and down in a matter of weeks… and btw she looked extremely unhealthy to me:
Ouch.
I heard that Mischa started to go downhill the moment when she decided to leave The OC. Some say that she believed that she was bigger the show lol. All of her movies flopped as well.
There are some rumors that her friends, for example Nicole Richie dumped Mischa when she partied excessively.
I just saw a video clip where paparazzi asked Rachel Bilson if she has spoken to Mischa, and Rachel replied: "I haven't spoken to her".
I mean nobody knows what happened to Mischa Barton, yet according to her rep, Mischa Barton is "improving and still under care, with the intentions of being able to resume production on The Beautiful Life next week."

Why do I feel like a failure?
Since this is my personal diary, I have to be honest with myself here: I am miserable at this point in my life... And I feel like a failure already...
My main problem is my weight…. Lately my social activities have been reduced to a minimum, as you can imagine. And why? Because I'm overweight! :( It's just always on my mind and I became so self-conscious about it that all I think when I'm out on the street is that everybody else is looking at me and thinking: "Just look at her!"
You know what? I just wished I had someone in my life to love and to have support from… I mean all my friends have boyfriends or husbands… I am the only one who is "the single one" who always comes back home alone. How great would it be to have someone in my life that I can relate to and just talk to… for hours… Someone who will understand me… who I can say anything I want to. Someone who will give me support and who will motivate me even more to lose weight...
I really can't take this anymore and need to do something about my weight situation ASAP.
ok at least I made 1 small step in the positive direction – I ordered this Zotrim stuff that's supposedly going to help me…. I guess that's my only light at the end of the tunnel at the moment.
Logging off for now :(

Food for thought – read this at least once a week!
Since I won't write anything related to weight loss today or how it goes with my diet, I will post here something REALLY interesting that I found on the other forum...
Everybody should read following at least once a week!

Written By Regina Brett, 90 years old, of The Plain Dealer, Cleveland, Ohio
"To celebrate growing older, I once wrote the 45 lessons life taught me. It is the most-requested column I've ever written.
My odometer rolled over to 90 in August, so here is the column once more:
1. Life isn't fair, but it's still good.
2. When in doubt, just take the next small step.
3. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone.
4. Your job won't take care of you when you are sick. Your friends and parents will. Stay in touch.
5. Pay off your credit cards every month.
6. You don't have to win every argument. Agree to disagree.
7. Cry with someone. It's more healing than crying alone.
8. It's OK to get angry with God. He can take it.
9. Save for retirement starting with your first paycheck.
10. When it comes to chocolate, resistance is futile.
11. Make peace with your past so it won't screw up the present.
12. It's OK to let your children see you cry.
13. Don't compare your life to others. You have no idea what their journey is all about.
14. If a relationship has to be a secret, you shouldn't be in it.
15. Everything can change in the blink of an eye. But don't worry; God never blinks.
16. Take a deep breath. It calms the mind.
17. Get rid of anything that isn't useful, beautiful or joyful.
18. Whatever doesn't kill you really does make you stronger.
19. It's never too late to have a happy childhood. But the second one is up to you and no one else.
20. When it comes to going after what you love in life, don't take no for an answer.
21. Burn the candles, use the nice sheets, wear the fancy lingerie. Don't save it for a special occasion. Today is special.
22. Over prepare, then go with the flow.
23. Be eccentric now. Don't wait for old age to wear purple.
24. The most important sex organ is the brain.
25. No one is in charge of your happiness but you.
26. Frame every so-called disaster with these words 'In five years, will this matter?'
27. Always choose life.
28. Forgive everyone everything.
29. What other people think of you is none of your business.
30. Time heals almost everything. Give time time.
31. However good or bad a situation is, it will change.
32. Don't take yourself so seriously. No one else does.
33. Believe in miracles.
34. God loves you because of who God is, not because of anything you did or didn't do.
35. Don't audit life. Show up and make the most of it now.
36. Growing old beats the alternative -- dying young.
37. Your children get only one childhood.
38. All that truly matters in the end is that you loved.
39. Get outside every day. Miracles are waiting everywhere.
40. If we all threw our problems in a pile and saw everyone else's,we'd grab ours back.
41. Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need.
42. The best is yet to come.
43. No matter how you feel, get up, dress up and show up.
44. Yield.
45. Life isn't tied with a bow, but it's still a gift."

My weight loss goals
Ok it's simple:
I want to eat healthier and incorporate some kind of physical exercise into my daily routine. Eating healthier I already started… I am not sure about adding physical exercise into my daily routine because of my schedule … but I will see what I can do about it.
My current weight: 180 lbs
Lbs to lose: 50
That's it as far as my weight loss goals. So how was my day today?
I went shopping after I got up. I bought almost all items from the list that my nutritionist gave me. And btw I started with my new diet today. For breakfast I had what I described in my previous post: mix of different flakes with yogurt. It's really cool and makes you feel full. Here are few pics I took today while "preparing" this meal for myself:
Remember: don't go for more than 3 spoons of this flakes mix... The yogurt makes the whole meal even bigger than it looks in the beginning. Also don't forget to use low-fat yogurt (0% fat if possible).
For the rest of the day I was just kind of chilling out and resting… Tomorrow I am going back to work after a short break. Can't wait to see my colleagues…. Especially Mary when I tell her I'm on a new diet and that I started this "online diary" thingy… She's going to be surprised I am sure, because she knows how I'm no good when it comes to Internet stuff… But oh well, we all learn ;)

Ready, set, go!
OK I'm kinda new to this blogging thingy, but I'll do my best to introduce myself...
My name is Staci Shaw from San Louis Obispo, CA; I'm 28 and single. I am overweight and that is the key reason why I am starting this "online diary" thing… I work in a bank (sedentary lifestyle) and really as much as I tried, I don't have time for 100% healthy diet, let alone everyday physical exercise.
The other day I visited a nutritionist that a friend of mine recommended me. Basically she (the nutritionist) gave me a list of foods I am supposed to eat and the list of foods I am not allowed to eat at all.
The list of foods makes sense and you would say "I knew that" when you see it (yes, there's a lot of fruits and veggies). Here's an interesting breakfast that I am supposed to eat every day:
My breakfast
Mix of:
Oat flakes
Barley flakes
Wheat flakes
Rye flakes
Seed flax
Integral corn flakes
Take 3 soup spoons of this high fiber mix and put yogurt in it. Leave it for 15 minutes and then eat it. Sounds interesting.
And by the way I am supposed to eat 6 meals a day (!). We'll see how this all goes, as I'm not used to eating that many times during the day. The nutritionist said that it's the way to go.
Now, my friend Linda just got back from UK (she also had weight loss problems) and she brought with her a packet of this Zotrim stuff that is an all natural "weight loss aid" (that's what I've been told). Supposedly it's a very big thing in the UK and it has been selling there for like several years in the stores like we have Wall Mart here…. Linda also told me that I should give it a try, as anybody can buy this Zotrim diet pill online now. So I already ordered my 4 months package several days ago and I'm expecting it to arrive in the mail anytime soon. I will combine this diet pill with a diet that nutritionist suggested me.
Yeah, I forgot to mention this: in the past I have tried several diet pills, including: Alli, Adipex and Duromine. I had partial success, so I am really doubtful about this new pill I am about to try… But let's see what happens.
On this diary I will report my experience with Zotrim. The reason I am doing this is that Linda is my good friend and I trust her. When she mentioned to me this Zotrim diet pill, I immediately remembered what my nutritionist told me: to write a journal (or a diary in this case) about my weight loss progress.
So I figured why not start online diary where I will have all my thoughts in one place about my weight loss progress (with my diet and Zotrim diet pill).
Hopefully, I will help others who are struggling to lose weight as well.
That’s it for now, I will report back soon again.
